If you wish to return your order, please contact our customer support team via email before sending anything back. Without prior notification, we cannot guarantee a refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. All items must be in their original condition, unopened, including all packaging and accessories, and must not be damaged. Do not return any items without coordinating with a member of our customer service first. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund within 60 days. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Damaged items
